KYLEE ALEJANDRE

Founder, Co-Owner, and Chief Executive Officer

Kylee Alejandre is the Founder and CEO of Phoenix Family Doulas and Doulas of Utah. She is a ProDoula Elite Certified Labor Doula, Elite Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, and a Certified Postpartum Placenta Specialist. Kylee is also a ProDoula Labor Doula Trainer and Postpartum & Infant Care Doula Trainer, helping educate the next generation of professional doulas.

After discovering the powerful impact that knowledgeable support can have during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, Kylee committed herself to helping families feel informed, respected, and confident in their parenting journey. Her work focuses on building strong support systems for families while also creating professional opportunities for doulas to grow sustainable careers in the field.

Through Phoenix Family Doulas, Kylee has built a team of compassionate, highly trained professionals dedicated to helping families navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence and care.

GERARDO ALEJANDRE

Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer

Gerardo Alejandre serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Phoenix Family Doulas, overseeing the financial health and strategic growth of the company. He plays an essential role in maintaining the systems and infrastructure that allow the organization to continue expanding its services for families.

In addition to his financial leadership, Gerardo is also a trained postpartum doula. This training allows him to gain deeper insight into the work the team does and the needs of the families Phoenix Family Doulas serves.

Gerardo is passionate about supporting the mission behind the organization and helping ensure that families have access to high-quality postpartum care.

ERIN PRIVETT

Office Administrator

Erin Privett serves as the Office Administrator for Phoenix Family Doulas, helping ensure that the day-to-day operations of the agency run smoothly for both clients and doulas. She manages communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative systems that support the client experience from the first inquiry through the completion of services.

Erin is often the first point of contact for families reaching out to Phoenix Family Doulas. Her organization, responsiveness, and warm communication style help create a welcoming and supportive experience for every family who connects with the agency.
