DAYTIME DOULA SUPPORT (Minimum 5 hour shift)
Daytime doula support is where practical help and emotional reassurance come together in real-time right when you need it most. Our hands-on support enables you to find your rhythm during what can be a seemingly unpredictable time.
Your postpartum doula will work with you to ensure that feeding, comforting, caring for, and soothing your baby becomes increasingly easier and more predictable.
Decision making will become more fluid for you as your postpartum doula will be a valuable source of evidence-based information spoken to you in comforting and relatable language. No question is too big or too small to openly discuss with your doula.
While you’re recovering from birth, adjusting to feeding your baby, and trying to find your new flow, your postpartum doula will be watching for signs of overwhelm and reminding you that this transition is one that requires grace and rest.
Alone, you’ll ask yourself 100 times, “Is this normal?” and you’ll likely struggle to find the answer, but with your postpartum doula beside you, you’ll get actual answers and creative solutions.

OVERNIGHT DOULA SUPPORT (Minimum 10 hour shift)
Overnight doula support is where restorative care and peaceful reassurance come together while the world slows down. Our presence allows you to rest deeply, knowing that your baby is lovingly cared for in a way that aligns with your parenting philosophies.
While you sleep, your postpartum doula will feed (or bring to you for feeding), soothe, and comfort your sweet baby through the night so that things begin to feel more predictable for you, and much less overwhelming. You’ll wake to a baby who has had all of their needs met and ideally, to a version of yourself that feels a little more restored!
If you wake during the night with questions or worries, they won’t go unanswered. Your doula will be right there providing hands-on, real-time support rooted in evidence and delivered to you with compassion and clarity.
While you’re recovering from giving birth and navigating the transition into parenthood, your doula will be by your side, gently protecting your opportunity for meaningful rest and deep sleep.

LIVE-IN DOULA SUPPORT (5 Day minimum)
Short-term, live-in doula support is designed for families who want more than help, they want to feel truly cared for during one of life’s most significant transitions.
With an experienced postpartum doula living in your home for a dedicated period of time, you’ll have steady, compassionate support that helps everything feel more calm, more manageable, and far less overwhelming.
Day and night, your doula nurtures both you and your baby. Feeding, soothing, edifying, and gently guiding you so that rhythms begin to emerge and your confidence begins to soar.
